Recap of the Monday Night Musician’s Jam Network

The first night of the Monday Night Musician’s Jam Network was a blast. There were several guitar players, singers and a drummer. There was photos and video taken of each performer during the jam which they received after the event. Every artist was very talented. Scott is hoping that some bass players come out this week so he can get a break. Plan on coming early and jamming all night.

Just Because You’re Good….

Just because you’re good doesn’t mean you’re going to work as a musician. Talent is part of it but it’s not all there is to the game. You have to look, sound and plain just out do the other bands. You must put on a show and be entertaining. Just standing on stage and playing your instrument is not going to cut it. These are the days when people are use to watching videos and want to see more than just some people standing around, they want to be entertained. After all is called a show for a reason.
